York Telecom Signs Agreement With Galaxy Scientific Corp.
Visual Communications Solution Provider to Join Galaxy on US Army CECOM Rapid Response Program Contract
EATONTOWN, NJ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 13-10-2003 --
York Telecom Corporation (privately held), a
recognized expert in complex visual communication solutions and services,
will join Galaxy Scientific and its other partners on the CECOM Rapid
Response Program (CR2). The contract is open to all Department of Defense
organizations, as well as any other federal agency and encompasses a wide
range of technological products and services. The contract may also be used
by State and Municipal Governments for Homeland Security related projects
provided a federal account is used to fund the effort.
CR2 covers a 2-year base period beginning in January 2003 and has three
additional extension options. The partnership agreement between York
Telecom and Galaxy will last through the duration of the contract, expiring
on January 30, 2010.
